Estimated Project Award: $250,000

For the second Community Development Program Award, the Harrisburg RDA agreed to undertake construction of signage at strategic locations recognizing historic Second Ward. Bids are currently underway for design and location of 10 to 12 signs in an effort that will include community engagement. Design is expected to be complete by the second quarter of 2025 with improvements installed by the first quarter of 2026.
